This channel has been established so that employees, and possibly others, will be able to report improper conduct that is difficult to address through other channels within the company. The law firm SANDS manages the whistleblowing channel and deals with any reports it receives.
Once you have entered a report, you may choose whether to provide personal contact details or to remain anonymous. If you wish to make an anonymous report, neither the law firm nor your employer will be able to track down your identity.
We encourage you to provide contact details to enable the law firm to contact you and inform you as to how the case is proceeding. If you report anonymously, we urge you to create a username and password in order to keep track of the handling of the information you have provided under the LOGIN tab.
